These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between you ("User") and Zero1Bet ("Platform", "we", "our"). Accessing or using any feature of the Zero1Bet platform — including Sports Betting, casino games, crash games, the VIP Program, and payment services — constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms.
By completing the registration process at Zero1Bet and checking the Terms and Conditions acceptance box, the User expressly confirms that:
Zero1Bet is exclusively for individuals aged 18 (eighteen) or over who are residents of Brazil. The platform does not allow registration or use by minors under any circumstances. Zero1Bet may at any time request documentation to verify a user's age and identity.
In addition to the age requirement, the following profiles are not authorized to use Zero1Bet:
Zero1Bet reserves the right to verify any user's eligibility at any time and to suspend or close accounts that do not meet the requirements set out in this section.
Each user may hold only one (1) active account at Zero1Bet, linked to a single CPF. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different documents — is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate closure of all accounts involved, with no right to withdraw balances obtained through bonuses or promotions.
To create a Zero1Bet account, the User must provide accurate and up-to-date information, including: full legal name as it appears on an official ID, valid CPF, date of birth, full address, valid email address, and an active Brazilian mobile number. The email address and mobile number are used for important communications — keeping this information current is the User's responsibility.
Zero1Bet may require identity verification (Know Your Customer — KYC) before releasing withdrawals or when identifying high-value transactions. Documents that may be requested include: national ID card, driver's license, or passport (photo ID), proof of address issued within the last 90 days, and proof of ownership of the Pix key or bank account used for transactions.
Failure to submit the requested documents within 15 business days may result in the temporary suspension of withdrawals until the verification process is complete. All documents are handled with strict confidentiality, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
The User is solely responsible for keeping their login credentials (email and password) confidential. Zero1Bet will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA), available in your account's security settings. Zero1Bet accepts the following payment methods, all in BRL (R$) and available exclusively to holders of Brazilian bank accounts or digital wallets:
The minimum deposit amount is R$ 20.00 per transaction. The maximum daily deposit limit can be set by the user in the responsible gaming settings. The minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 20.00. Pix withdrawals are processed in up to 3 minutes; TED transfers, within 1 business day. Zero1Bet charges no fees on deposits or withdrawals for any available method.
Important: all withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the deposit, always to an account held in the name of the registered Zero1Bet account holder. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted. Zero1Bet may request ownership confirmation before processing high-value withdrawals.
New Zero1Bet users are entitled to a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to R$ 500.00. To receive the bonus, a minimum deposit of R$ 20.00 is required. The bonus amount is automatically credited to the bonus wallet once the deposit is confirmed.
The bonus balance is subject to a rollover requirement (minimum wagering volume) before it can be withdrawn. The standard rollover for the welcome bonus is 8× (eight times) the combined value of the deposit and the bonus received. Bets that count toward the rollover:
The welcome bonus rollover must be completed within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the deposit date. Any unused bonus balance or incomplete rollover at the end of this period will be automatically cancelled with no right to reimbursement.
Zero1Bet promotions are valid only for the period and conditions specified in each offer. A user may not participate in multiple promotions simultaneously, except where expressly stated. Zero1Bet reserves the right to cancel or modify promotions at any time, with reasonable prior notice to users. The use of minimum-risk bets (hedging), multiple accounts, or any form of manipulation to meet rollover requirements may result in bonus cancellation and account suspension.
Zero1Bet reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at its discretion, particularly in cases of clearly incorrect odds due to technical error, or where there is suspicion of match-fixing. Accepted and confirmed bets are binding and cannot be cancelled by the User, except where the Cash Out feature is available for that specific bet.
Clearly incorrect odds — those that do not reflect actual market probabilities due to technical or human error — may be cancelled at any time, even after a bet has been accepted. In such cases, the staked amount is refunded in full. Zero1Bet is under no obligation to honor bets placed at manifestly erroneous odds.
All casino games available at Zero1Bet — including live roulette, blackjack, baccarat, slots, and crash games such as Aviator and JetX — use Random Number Generators (RNG) certified by independent bodies, or live feeds from audited physical equipment. The declared RTPs (Return to Player) for each game are periodically audited.
Zero1Bet does not guarantee specific outcomes in casino games. Each round is an independent event and past results have no bearing on future outcomes. Bet limits per game are displayed within each table or game before play begins. The platform reserves the right to adjust the betting limits available to any user based on risk analysis and gaming profile.
The Zero1Bet VIP Program has five tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond — with progressive benefits including weekly cashback on net losses, higher betting limits, and priority withdrawals. VIP points are earned automatically for every R$ 10.00 wagered across any game type, with one exception: even-money roulette bets (red/black, odd/even) earn points at a rate of 0.5× per R$ 10.00 wagered.
VIP cashback is calculated on the week's net losses (total deposited minus total withdrawn in the period) and credited every Sunday at midnight. The cashback balance has a 1× (one-time) rollover — meaning you need to wager the cashback amount once before withdrawing. Cashback does not carry over between weeks: losses from one week are not added to losses from previous weeks for calculation purposes.
Zero1Bet reserves the right to adjust VIP Program benefits, notifying members at least 15 days in advance. A user's VIP tier may be downgraded if the minimum wagering volume required to maintain that tier is not met during the monthly evaluation period.
By using Zero1Bet, the User agrees not to engage in any of the following actions, under penalty of immediate account closure and forfeiture of any associated bonus balances:
Zero1Bet operates in compliance with Brazilian anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. All suspicious activity is monitored and may be reported to the relevant authorities. Transactions showing patterns inconsistent with the user's history or stated entertainment purposes may be blocked for review.
Zero1Bet may at any time request additional information regarding the source of deposited funds. Failure to cooperate with this process may result in a temporary withdrawal hold until the review is complete. If fraudulent activity is confirmed, the account will be permanently closed and balances may be withheld as directed by the relevant authorities.
Users may request voluntary account closure at any time via live chat or email. Before closure, any available real-money balances (excluding bonuses) eligible for withdrawal will be processed. Account closure requested by the user may take up to 5 business days to complete.
Zero1Bet reserves the right to suspend or close any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances: breach of these Terms and Conditions, suspected fraud or unlawful activity, failure to complete the identity verification process, or by order of a regulatory authority. If an account is closed due to a Terms violation, bonus balances will be cancelled and real-money balances may be withheld for review for up to 30 days.

Under no circumstances shall Zero1Bet be liable for indirect, consequential damages, or loss of profits arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, beyond the amounts actually deposited by the user during the period in which the issue occurred. This limitation does not affect consumer rights guaranteed by the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8,078/1990).
Zero1Bet may update these Terms and Conditions at any time, notifying users at least 15 (fifteen) days in advance via the registered email address or through an in-platform notification. Continued use of the platform after the new terms take effect constitutes automatic acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree with the updated terms, you must close your account before the effective date.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, including but not limited to the Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8,078/1990), the General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018), and the regulations applicable to the online betting market in Brazil.
Any dispute arising from these Terms that cannot be resolved directly between the parties will be submitted to the courts of the district of São Paulo, State of São Paulo, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction, however privileged it may be.
